Working with an Auckland-based data & AI consultancy on a cloud-native sorting & optimization program for an industrial client — turning raw inventory signal into ML-driven pallet-selection decisions. We led the AWS serverless build, the medallion data lake feeding the model, and the CI/CD that keeps the pipeline shipping weekly.

Automation for a SCADA control program

03 — How We Work

Four principles that show up in every engagement.

Independent of stack, sector or company size. They are the reason most of our clients stay for years.

Code is the contract

Infrastructure, pipelines, RBAC and tests live in your repository. Nothing critical exists only in a console, a wiki, or someone's laptop. Hand-off is the default state, not an event.

PRINCIPLE 02

Roll-back, then roll-forward

Every change is reversible by design — pull-request based, peer reviewed, deployable from main. Production incidents are recovered in minutes, not war rooms.

PRINCIPLE 03

Senior, hands-on, accountable

One senior engineer is responsible for design, build and operation. No junior layer between you and the work. Communication is direct; estimates come with the code path attached.
